Actually, my NoSript says it was denying access "filtered by ABE: <Deny>" Not encouraging, imagine what it's going to be like tomorrow AM! Like opening a Starbucks with free Fraps...and keeping the doors locked.

Voyager is a new MVNO that runs on Sprint's 3G and 4G WiMAX network, offering a couple of different plan options and a handful of Sprint devices. The plans that customers will be able to select when signing up for Voyager Mobile include a $19 unlimited talk and text plan and a $39 option that'll include unlimited talk, text and data. The carrier will also offer a "frequent talker program" dubbed Voyager Rewards, which will award customers that do a lot of talking on their phones with goodies like airline miles, gift cards, handset upgrades and free monthly service.
On the hardware side of things, Voyager Mobile says that it'll offer "most Android and Windows smartphones." That'll include devices like the Motorola XPRT, Motorola Photon 4G and Samsung Galaxy S II Epic 4G Touch. Other products that'll be joining Voyager's roster include a couple of USB sticks, a mobile hotspot and Android-powered tablets from companies like HTC and ZTE.
Though the service is supposed to be nationwide, they are initially starting in 18 states: Alabama, Delaware, Georgia, Iowa, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, Mississippi, New Jersey, North Carolina, Ohio, Oregon, Rhode Island, South Carolina, Tennessee, Virginia, Washington and West Virginia.
Thank you, Georgia, for additional info to clarify OP.

Looks like you have to use their phones, select among a few models. But you can't beat this monthly price with a CDMA provider. Waiting for non-android phones on this network...

22 year old launching Voyager Mobile cut rate phone service. He’s 22, just completed his junior year at NYU studying business, and tomorrow John Mardini is jumping into business in a big way, launching a mobile phone service competing with Verizon Wireless, AT&T, Sprint and T-Mobile
During its Tuesday, May 15 launch, Voyager Mobile experienced a malicious network attack to its primary website: voyagermobile.com. Due to the network outage, Voyager Mobile is postponing its launch to a time and date in the very near future. Our goal of low cost wireless service for all will not be undermined and we strive to continue the voyage for a better wireless world. For further information, please email us at voyager.mobile@voyagertelecom.com.

Even free wireless service isn't worth it if the 'service' is always broken.

Could be very promising if they can get their operations online. I'll check back in a few months to see how they are doing.

VM is blaming this on hackers, but I wonder if the real problem is VM is doing this startup on the cheap and it blew up on them?

Not sure whether you can use Sprint CDMA phone for this service. Otherwise, may not worth it to buy the phone from them.

Why would they name this company starting with a V. Now there will be 2 companies that run off of Sprint lines with the initials VM (Virgin Mobile being the other). Maybe it was intentional?
This is only decent if they let you bring any Sprint device on board like Page Plus did for Verizon.

My bet: AT&T or one of the other big carriers hacked them. I wouldn't put anything past them. I mean, why would you pay $60-$100 for their plans instead of $19-$39 for these??

Why not republic wireless? $19/month unlimited data, voice, text. On Sprint. Downside is no 4g, requries wifi, and only in beta stage.
I would have given them a look if they allowed BYOD (bring your own device) and did GSM (instead of CDMA on the Sprint network).

There are some fees as well. link $15 activation per device $10 shipping per device and the usual monthly taxes, fees and surcharges (e.g. Regulatory Recovery Fee ($2.50/month), Infrastructure Technology Fee($1.50/month), etc)

Shipping I get, but an activation fee on prepaid is silly. Activation fees are silly on postpaid too, but everyone does them. I don't think any other prepaid provider charges an activation fee.

Anyone know what the total bills will be. Seems also that the devices are locked by the T&C to Voyager and it has the sole right to change the T&C including prices. Looks interesting when available to customers nationally (yes, network is national now). Also see here, wonder how much is behind the company. Comments appreciated.
General Terms of Service: ............Our service plans may change at anytime, at our sole discretion. We will give 30 days notice to our existing customers.........
Their cheapest phone is $120, if they change the plan after few months this phone will become a ugly paperweight as it is a CDMA phone. I'll pass at least for a few months may be to see how it goes!
A good read about the 22yrs old owner of this company LINK

This outfit sounds fishy too me. I understand wanting to make a profit on the handset, when you are slicing the margin on voice to nothing, but give me a break, $219 for the Replenish? I Wirless (Kroger grocery stores) sells it with no contract, and it is Sprint branded so would be useable on a Sprint account for less than $70.
