Used P&S cameras? Bad investment, finite life, no free extended warranty when purchased with AMEX AND plenty of other brand new cameras in this price range....

CowBoom will send you broken/incorrect items, and then refuse to refund you. Their CS is a nightmare if you can even get through to them. Your best bet is to stay away from them. You might end up with what you wanted, or you might end up with a headache. It is just not worth it IMHO.

My results with them have always been good not to say you can't get something broke but overall I am happy. Have bought tons of garbage that I didn't need and just got these 2 for $58.29 shipped each

CowBoom is where I buy all of my Apple hardware (iPhone 3GS, 3rd gen iPod touch, Macbook). It has always come as described and I've been happy with them for that. But there's no way in heck I'd buy a used camera from them. Cameras are just way too delicate to trust buying used when I can't see and touch it before I buy.

CowBoom return policy is great. No questions 30 days return and they pay shipping. All done through their web forms. If you have to talk to customer service , you are doing something wrong.
