OP - might want to add to the title - Also have the Memorex Wii Motion Plus remotes for $10 and wireless nunchuk $6. Everyone has been selling these in clearance. The $8 Wii remote is NOT Motion Plus even though it claims to be.

in for three for some reason, "now a days" all of the smaller memory cards are expensive while the larger memory cards are on sale.

Always need some 2GB (i.e. non-SDHC) SD cards around. I had been paying $5 each from Amazon.
These are useful for both legacy devices that don't support SDHC (>2GB) SD cards like an old GPS or Wii. Also useful for things that need a little additional storage like digital picture frames. Load one of these and mail it to the relatives to plug in their frame.
