I hesitated about posting last night because I don't want to seem so negative, but now I have to ask. What's the fascination with this style? It's one of VS's oldest styles, no? They're cotton bikinis with the freaking company name on the elastic. Even Adriana Lima barely manages to make them look passable (see photo in quick summary above), and she's a half-naked supermodel, for crying out loud. There's nothing sexy about them to me, yet people still buy them and apparently go nuts over them. Help me understand.
If you're going to say it's the great price, I got much sexier thongs (and more durable compared to some of the VS junk) from Maidenform from a deal posted here: 6 for $15 with free shipping. No pics.

Has anyone tried to use the $10 off $50 coupons from the receipt with a panty deal? I asked once and they told me it had I had to buy $50 worth of full-priced items, but she was snotty, so I didn't trust she knew her stuff.

Its because MOST LADIES do not look like a super model yet these panties look good on them.

Good deal on these if you need em. As a response to your question, most of the girls (and some of the guys too) who but these are buying into the image of VS, a lifestyle, if you will. VS is not about quality, its about being cute, fun and young. That is what advertising says is sexy and so that is what people are buying into today. Think of VS like the forever 21 of lingerie. You know that top isn't going to last but 2 or 3 washes but it's just.. so.. damn.. cute. Where they really make their money is on their atrocious fitting and over priced bras. Get fitted girls, 72 percent of women in the US wear the wrong size. /Rant off
