that's fine, but sometimes those offers can be a pain, run out quickly, spam you to death and/or some never show up due to them running out and not posting it. So if you are a serious reader of any magazine, always best to do that in conjuction with a real sub and just merge subs extending your sub for another year IMO. Once you build up enough years from all the freebies, you never have to pay for it again.

I wasn't knocking this deal. Just offering a possible alternative for people who don't absolutely need the subscription, or at least not right away.
I've always had my RG subs show up, often shockingly fast, and I make up a new mailinator address for each so there's no spam. YMMV

oh I know...was just saying some of the pitfalls with the free offers. RG is one of the best for reliability. I've had some others never show up.
