I bought a set of these a few weeks ago and can vouch that they are indeed very bright. There are 3 settings (low, high, and strobe). The low is pretty bright and the high was very bright.
Techlite 10 pack array comes in for less $s, more lumens, and redundancy

Not to hsit on the OP's deal, but these flashlights suck. They have a circuit in them that draws the batteries down very quickly. You have to remove the battery carrier from inside the flashlight and carry it separately to store these for more than a day or two. Once fully charged, they're good for less than an hour on bright. I tried to use them as lights for my bicycle, but they were way too impractical.
I had to charge the batteries, separate the battery carrier from the flashlight, and put them together in the dark when I wanted to ride my bike. Most of the way home from work the batteries would die, and then I had to swap a fresh set for the last 5-10 minutes of the ride. It was a pain.
I suppose they'd make for good dog walking lights if you took your batteries out of the charger, loaded them in the flashlight, and headed out the door for a half hour walk. Other than that... $15 worth of junk. Nothing personal OP, I like most of your deals. Unfortunately the design of this product makes it difficult to give you a reacharound with my red.

You must be referring to the old 150 lumen lights costco had before. The 200 lumen ones being sold now don't have the low battery indicator light that drained the battery.

Link?
Actually only old 100 lumen flashlights had white endcap with low battery indicator. Techlite corrected this issue with 150 lumen and 200 lumen flashlights that are selling in Costco. The endcap is black and no low battery indicator for either 150 lumen or 200 lumen flashlights. I have upgraded all my flashlights in the house to this latest 200 lumen ones in the past 3 weeks. Another great deal from Costco.
