In for one. Been wanting to try ceramic knives and these are the best around (Made in Japan). Will be a nice addition to my Shuns. The black color is awesome. Thanks OP!

Reviving this, because the price is now back if you choose the white blades -- in fact a tiny bit cheaper at $48.62. Have been looking for ceramic knives for awhile, and these are awesome. Yes, a lot to pay for knives, but when you use then you really do feel the difference. I will reiterate what all the reviewers have said:
1. Forget whatever notions of "sharp" you have. These have a sharpness that is more along the lines of "terrifying."
2. This is not for hacking away at ribs. The blades are ceramic, not steel. There is absolutely nothing better for cutting fruits and vegetables, but be very careful cutting anything with bones. At best, you'll just chip the blade. At worst, the knife will jump and cut your finger off. (Well, everything but the bone..)
