thanks OP. didn't have in stock at mine, not that I needed it. But I did get an Imperial mini tube cutter from looking at the ad for ~$6.50 - $5.xx in shopyourway credit.
probably could get by without this tool too, but would have saved me some headache on several occasions. thanks again
