OP, you should mention that this is Ocean City, MD in the title of the thread. Not a bad deal for the "shoulder season" when many businesses are still open.

It works for most destinations, you can think of, been doing this 17 years. Been to Disney, and alot of beaches. The 20 to 30 % prepurchase
reservation during less demand times puts the possible in these deals.
Possible destinations in USA are practically endless.Always look for the shoulder season.

Is it possible for you to list the path as to how you're seeing those deals? This is all new to me and I've been trying to view the exact deals. I'm obviously clicking in the wrong area after clicking on your 1st link.
