Thanks OP. Decent deal & if one doesn't have enough flashlight inventory, there's a $10 off special offer if you purchase $50 worth of the bunny's works. There's also a $1 mp3 credit for prime members selecting delayed shipping.

So my fellow FatWalleteers, I ask you . . . how many flashlights does it take to have one flashlight too many?

One has 37 lumens and the other one has 110 lumens. I am spoiled by TECHLITE 200 lumens Cree Tactical flashlights from Costco ($15 for 3 pk). I will pass this deal.

There are better deals on very high quality flashlights from the Chinease venders on e-bay. I have placed over 20 orders from different companies and the orders have all arrived, around 10 to 14 days. Product always as described. Do not buy any other than a Cree LED, Q3 up to T6. Do not buy anything that sells for less than $5 or it will not be bright enough to suit you. A high lumen flashlight with just one max output mode will be much too bright for use in your home, look for hi/lo or hi/med/low, which are ususlly more expensive.

Most flashlights you find locally are not designed for the 3.7V Li-ion batteries that provide the max light output of the LED.

Most advertised lumens are the max potential for the LED, NOT that of the actual inexpensive flashlight model you are buying. True high lumen flashlights are NOT bargain priced.

Finally, you can not know if you will like the flashlight until you actually use it, so do not spend a lot.

<So my fellow FatWalleteers, I ask you . . . how many flashlights does it take to have one flashlight too many?>

In the quest for the perfect flashlight, and the enjoyment of the search, that question must be pushed to the far reaches of ones memory.

What exactly does "tactical" mean? I see this term on products a lot but I really don't know what it is supposed to convey.?

Don't be swayed by the use of the word. It doesn't mean high quality or that the product is any good. It's just an overused term to sell more stuff. Keep in mind that it is illegal for government contractors of military equipment and supplies to sell to the public, so they and copy-cats manufacture civilian versions of products the military uses, or even products the military never used, and slap a "tactical" claim on the product in hopes arm-chair commandos will buy it.

Then chumps like me buy it because, while it may not really be "tactical" it IS "tacti-cool!"

seedeeze said:   What exactly does "tactical" mean? I see this term on products a lot but I really don't know what it is supposed to convey.?It has a wrist strap for hand-to-hand combat, and a slide-clip for mounting onto your ninja sword. Sadly, it does not include scope rings for your sniper rifle, so IMO does not truly warrant the adjective, "tactical".

It means it's a product that can be used in carefully planned strategic operations to get you to purchase more of their product.

Prices even lower. Now ~$23 and change. In for 2 of the big one and 3 little ones. With $10 back, price was 44 and change. Good deal. Thanks OP! Green

Other ways to get to $44 (slso at all time Bunny low prices) are:
