But Charmin and Bounty has been as low as $8.99/case shipped (another Mr.C find) back in April and a 16-Roll Pack Charmin $6.00 just last month BM sale.
For those on septic, the Charmin is THE best TP on the market that actually says safe for septic.

yes, true Robby. not the lowest price we've seen for either of these, but all they're offering this particular week.
there's also a nice deal at CVS, spend $30 on P&G (inc select Bounty/Charmin sizes) get back $10 ECBs.
Did that deal last nite, get two 12 packs of ORIG Bounty (not this basic junk) and 16 Rolls of Charmin Ultra Soft for $29.97, some P&G coupons used, net $27.97, got back $10 ECB's.
