This is a true 10 x 10, the legs are straight, not leaning like the cheaper ones.
Given the reviews $30 - $40 would be worth taking a flyer on it. Not sure about it at this price, though. However, those Home Depot reviews seem to have one thing in common -- the users left the thing up overnight or longer and it got rained on or batted around in the wind. Using it for temporary shade for garden/landscaping projects in Phoenix (my need) might be a different story.

Got me thinking about this, then I read the reviews. A few short searches later turned up the EZ-up Sierra II at Academy for $49.99 + $7 S&H. Much better reviews on it, and the best price I could see with a quick search. Realize it might be a little smaller than this one as the EZ-up measures the foot dimensions rather than the canopy dimensions, but if you need something smaller, might be worth considering. Link
