They've had these in GA for awhile now. I got one a couple years ago and I believe they're good for one year. The Jr Frosty is almost a joke though, it's tiiiiny!

I've had this for a few months now. The Jr. Frosty is the tiny one... a little bigger than the size of a Dixie cup. You can choose between vanilla and chocolate. It basically pays for itself after 1 or 2 uses and you get a free Jr. Frosty with every purchase until December 2012.
FYI: Don't attach it to your keychain if you use the drive-thru. I learned the hard way after having to turn off my engine in order to pull out my keys to show them the little plastic tab. Now I just keep it in my cupholder.

I got one in Philly. like others have said it is the size of a Dixie Cup. so if you want a tiny taste of frosty you can get one. But you still have to purchase something else to get it for free.

I love that little thing. It's a portion control. If you want more, then separate your orders, ie, one burger and one fries on separate orders. That way you get two, one for each order. As mentioned earlier, that tiny thing costs 79/89 cents if you wanted to buy straight up, so it pays back after two uses.

Oh good, a user guide for the frosty key chain. Where is the 'rolls eyes' icon when you need it.

I tried getting one last year in BHM when advertised them for $.99 at the drive-thru. What I got instead was a coupon book for 12. I called the local office to complain and the guy promised me he would notify me when they started the program again. Did I ever hear from him again? No.
