I downloaded version 1.01 for free a few weeks ago. It works fine but it not really a complete application; you need a PDF printer program and Wondersoft charges $90 for theirs. I was able to use Bullzip PDF printer for free along with Wondersoft's JPGtoPDF converter.
UPDATE: I just installed version 2.2 and the only difference that I can find is that the interface has more color and the PDF printer seems integrated. I find this very useful when I need to scan and then email a document. Every few months, I scan sensitive documents before sending them to the shredder.

I have not used this program, so I cannot speak to how good it is or how well it works. I've been using PDF Creator for printing to PDF for a long time now. It's always been free and works well for me.
