I stopped in my local WalMart in Milwaukee on Oklahoma and S. 27th Street and they had two shopping carts full of Reese's Peanut Butter Cups 10.5 ounce Snack size bags on sale for $1.68 each, normally $3.28. A majority of the bags had $0.75 coupons on them so your price would be $0.93 each AC but before tax.
YMMV if this is just local or not.
