All the text on that page and no mention of the cable length??? Not worth giving them my CC info.

As an online merchant, that makes no sense to me. Your reasoning just makes it sound more like they are farming CC #s.

In what twisted world are these valued at $20? Even when you pay for them, you rarely pay over $1 with shipping.
they upsell you for the actual plug at $1.99... in for it with a virtual CC

Congratulations, your order has been confirmed!
What happens next? Please note that it can take up to 6 business days (M-F) for your item to ship, unless expedited shipping was selected. In rare cases, an unforeseen delay may occur which can extend the shipping time of your order.
Worked for me..

Interestingly I hit "Get one" and a pop up came up from Safari that said "safari cannot verify server identity" do you want to continue anyway? CANCEL, DETAILS OR CONTINUE.
When I look at details, it said "Dailysale.com" Not trusted. Server authentication. Expires Mar 26, 2013 1:43:11 pm Tnen "more details." I haven't looked at the more details. Just an FYI.

Make sure to leave some reviews at Resellerratings when all is said and done. That way others will know if this is a legit website or a scammer. The one review that is there isn't very encouraging: http://www.resellerratings.com/store/dailysaler_9
EDIT: Nevermind the above. It is for DailySaleR.com

Why would a "reputable" business need to register their website with Domains by Proxy, domainsbyproxy.com? Why would they need to protect their identity? What do they need to hide?
From the domain by proxy site;
If you represent a state Attorney General’s office or the Better Business Bureau or are a consumer who is dissatisfied with a product/service purchased from a website that utilizes Domains By Proxy’s privacy service, and would like to contact the site owner, please email a description of the issue, along with your contact information to consumerconcerns@domainsbyproxy.com.This address is reserved for consumer issues only. If you have a non-consumer claim involving a DBP customer, please close this box and submit your claim by clicking the “File a Claim” button.
BTW, this "deal" is nothing new...was posted on several other deal seeker sites last March. More than a few (not all) of the deal takers received their item with postage due ($1.50).
These things are all over Amazon.com for under a buck. At least through Amazon you know WHO you are dealing with. Even if it is an Amazon affiliate vendor.

No thanks, I don't deal with companies that hide their identity by registering their domain with a domain proxy service. Makes me wonder why they need to shield themselves from their customers.
If I really needed this USB connector I'd buy it through Amazon. A few of their affiliates have it for less than a buck with FREE SHIPPING.
BTW, this deal was posted on various sites back in March. Google it.

this is not a good outfit It forced me to purchase a charger of $2. when I refused, his boss Jay cancelled my order. If you do not do anything, you will be charged $2 regardless you want it or not.
"Greetings,
Thank you for your email.
The way our system works is it combined the 2 orders into one, If I cancel it, it'll cancel both orders.
Please let me know if you have any questions.
Thank you, Jay"
