Looks good. Thanks.

Thanks OP.

Betting this will show up at Costco for less by Christmastime. As soon as Skyfall comes out, this set is sorta obsolete as a "complete collection."

sort of obsolete. True it won't have the newest movie with it, but the book comes with a page designated for Skyfall to add to the set.

FYI: Amaz0n has it here for $168.28 with a limited edition book. Not competing with OP, just saying it comes with a book if interested.

Bond 50 Amazon Uk

Or the inevitable alternative choice -- Amazon Uk at around $125USD shipped. All expectations are that this will be region free since almost every individual Bond to date has been except Quantum of Solace with no mention of 50Hz playback issues for the extras.

Wow, that is a very hot price indeed, and would be all over this if I could guarantee it will in fact be region-free. It says Region B/2 in the description when you scroll down...

Skyfall better be good.

Amazon Uk will list virtual all of their Bluray as Region B though (definitely not to be trusted).

Unfortunately until the first review copies are out there's no way to be 100% sure though certainly all the answers coming out of MGM/Fox seems to point toward region free.
Same thing applies to the Universal Monsters set ($50 USD cheaper than the US set) and the big Hitchcock sets ($130 vs $226).
UK Hitchcock is missing North By Northwest, but most of us already bought that when it came out.

Unless the movies have been out for a while and they are getting a lot of orders/correspondence about the issue that occasionally they'll change it to a region free listing.

Been a while since I looked in this thread and WOW, price has now jumped to $184.76 on DD! UK order is looking better and better now...
