The merchant has poor customer service, and refuses to issue refunds if you are unhappy with the deal or their customer service.
In particular this deal is only good at a SINGLE shop in Chicago Il. If you live far away from Chicago and want fresh flowers, I strongly advise you avoid this deal, and the site in general.
