$99 -- Las Vegas 3-Night Getaway on The Strip w/Air from LA&SD

?? I'm not seeing anything for less than $450 a person...must be the Orlando airfare.

No such thing as a cheap Vegas trip. Even if rooms were free, food is WAY overpriced. Drinks are insanity. Gambling is for degenerates (tax on the poor). Everything requires a tip.....because bartenders and card dealers expect to make over $100k.

Vegas is a thing of the past. I can do 95% of what you can do in Vegas about 10min in any direction from where I live. If you live in Minnesota and its January.....sure I could see the allure of a FREE Vegas trip.

Cheap Fun Legal - Pick two

When you see these Vegas trips......Add AT LEAST $100/person per day food. If youre going out.....another $100. That's if youre slumming it......not even going to nice places

So a two day Vacation STARTS at $400 not including airfare, hotel, hotel "fee".....and thats just to eat and drink!

I can think of 15 places right off the top of my head that are cooler to visit at half the cost.

There are a couple places you can spend less the 20 bucks for a good meal. Such as buffets or diners.
If you gamble, don't drink.
If you have the time and got tickets to the shows, then it might wortth your while to stay at the strip.

If you don't know how to mitigate costs in Vegas you're not doing your homework, you're lazy or you're both. There are a ton of cost savings tips that prevent you from paying anywhere close to full price: Groupons, coupons, etc. You don't need to buffett it every friggin meal. You never ever start your drinking in the clubs. You pregame or head to Carvival Court. The drinks aren't free but a lot less than other places. I've taken flasks in nightclubs before, drinking discretely of course. Besides, I don't think anyone heads to Vegas to save money. If that it your primary concern, go buy a wading pool, stick it in your back yard, pour a nice tall glass of lemonaide and there is your stay-cation, negative Nancy.

Yes, you should go to Vegas....to sneak flasks into overpriced crowded clubs then use your Groupon at the equivalent of a Golden Corral. Go to the bar and when your flask runs out, you drink $10 house liquor mixed drinks until you go blind. So luxurious! Please, let me spend hundreds in airfare and lodging to do that!

Camp out at cheap slot machine on a well trafficked aisle. Pick out an older cocktail waitress who looks like she knows what she is doing. Tell her the truth that you intend on getting plowed before going clubbing. Throw her at least a $20 tip. Relax and enjoy.

Who are you to say the entertainment I get from gambling isn't worth it? There are also mind blowing shows in Vegas, but you wouldn't think they are worth it. Dude I seriously don't know what your malfunction is. I've been out of the US several times (Mx, IT, AU), go to Destin, fl for a week yearly, been to SFO and LA several times, NYC on NYE (never do that again - ever) so I'm not sure what crystal ball you're using but I'd get a refund because it is BUSTED.
