Picked up the Galaxy deal a couple weeks ago. Wonder if I can pick this up and SLI them?

If it's the same model, i.e. GTX 670, then sure. It doesn't have to be the same brand or same frequencies, but has to be the same model. The SLI setup will run at the lowest common denominator. If the gigabyte normally runs at 1500MHz and the Galaxy runs at 1000Mhz. In SLI, they both will run at 1000Mhz.
