Terrible customer service from this organization (they are a chain of xheli, nitroplane, hobbyparts, etc.). Think Newegg in the old days before they are a real company. Very much vendor-centric people that don't know customer service from the lunch they ate... Watch out when these knock-offs don't work or heaven forbid you have problems or issues. I'm guessing the hobbyist community is used to these kind of abuse but they sure wouldn't get away with it in the consumer electronic business.

Not sure what to make of this deal, but just so everyone is very clear, the radio, motor and motor controller along with a number of other things are NOT INCLUDED. Those will cost you multiple times the amount of the heli kit.
