To be honest, since most of the best lenses and cameras are usually out of stock during these "deals," there usually isn't much to get excited about. This is not always the case, but it seams to be now.

I have noticed this before as well. There are still some very nice SLRs and a couple decent camcorders left this time though. Slim pickings in the lens department... :/

The nifty fifty for $80 seems like a decent deal -- 20% off regular price -- but S&H + tax kills it IMHO. Maybe if you were to order it w/ something else.
