It looks like this might just be a mistake. They also list the $35 one that Amazon has. This one has no art or anything.

If you're only interested in the movie and don't care about the cowl, I'm willing to bet there will be some good Black Friday deals. I recall The Dark Knight being quite inexpensive on previous BFs.
