I puchased several on these (7) from another sale site. 3 of the 7 were DOA but replaced after contacting the merchant. They do function, however, even on the lowest setting they dispense A LOT of product.

The various versions of this product have a common fault. After a time, they begin to malfunction, and just pump out all of the soap.
THE PROBLEM: The photocell, located next to the discharge nozzle on the underside of the spout, gets covered with soap scum.
THE EASY FIX: Turn the unit upside down and take a wet Q-tip and clean the photocell. Rinse. Repeat until all of the visable soap scum is gone.
