$90 for a neutered sidekick? No thanks. The Kyocera Rise is $99 on Virgin Mobile and ships with Android 4.0.

Which is why I posted it.
As to the Virgin Phone, I like GSM. Swap my SIM into whatever, done. Get tired of this phone? Sell it, trash it, swap your SIM in the new whatever.
I never want to go back PCS/etc. without that feature. Also the wide availability of unlimited GSM. I don't see it as often with as much variety on other technologies.

I ported my number from prepaid Tmobile to Virgin Mobile and it was pretty painless. Changing phones within the Virgin Mobile account is very simple as well. I used to think the same thing before I moved away from the sim side.

Yes but then you get to wrestle with grandfathered plans changing when you change phones, etc. Pass.
