This build-your-own-palette is normal price at $18, but it comes with a neutral colored eye shadow already (so you get an $18 freebie eyeshadow), so it basically cancels out the cost of the palette, AND the 20% off which makes it only $14.40.
It comes with a BRUSH as well. Which I like.

This palette is for the newly formulated and repackaged eyeshadows, but if you buy the OLD Vintage Eyeshadows, which are on sale for $6, or $4.80 each after the 20% off, they can be depotted (popped out) and used in this palette as well. (I watched a couple of YouTube videos of girls popping their old shadows out and using it in this palette. The fit is tighter, but still do-able).

So this is basically a pretty good and cheap way to doing a build your own palette.
