This is very strange, ive never seen this before... why would it have a dedicated 6470, on the onboard graphics is more powerful? I have never seen an AMD chip paired with dedicated graphics that are less powerful then onboard graphics...

the discrete video can crossfire with the integrated graphics.
I bought this last week and in crossfire mode the combined 6620G and 6470M is almost 40% faster than the integrated 6620G alone in crysis and unigine.
