Last week got a razor with 2 blades for $0.99 at CVS after $ 4 coupon and $5 Register Rewards. This kind of deals keep coming. You can buy extra Sunday news paper for $1.50 to get additional coupons if you need more blades. Even with cost of paper, it will be $ 2.49 for 2 blades (throw the razor away). Cheapest you can get the blades for and can use it with Power Razor too.

Not to threadstuff, but look at wet shaving to save real money over time. Blades are SUPER cheap and can last a long time.
