You misunderstand teh output on these. the output voltage is fine for most tablets and all phones. the rate (850) is also fine for all phones. 850 is more than any phone draws running all radios concurrently. that rate of 850 is also more than most tablets. even tablets that consume 1,000 ma an hour are going to be fine on these if over 50% to start.
This 3500mah is also much smaller and easier to carry around.

Both have advantages, but your statement is incorrect. the benefit of the 10,000 is number of cycles of charging or time of use.

can get it for iPad when iPad comes with outputs 5V/2A?

850ma is not powerful enough for the new ipad. it would trickle charge at that rate. If i remember correctly 2.1a is what you need to actually charge the new Ipad.
yes 850 will run your phone but not CHARGE your phone while running. Hell i have a 1a cig adapter that wont "charge" my phone while running. it barely lets me keep the mp3 function on while driving, let alone gps.
