anybody can point to which ones are 19.99 cricut cartridge, which ones are 29.99? It doesn't seem like it's distinguish by rather it's a lite cartridge?

Does anyone know when the ad is coming out in the newspaper? I have not been able to find a printable coupon for the additional 30% off on 11/22 after 4pm. All other ads that were local were in todays paper. TIA
