Yes, it has HDMI (no AGP, though), Windows 7 Home Prem. Memory sadly maxes out at 8GB and there seems to be some confusion with the warranty (egg says 2yr, everywhere else says 1yr, might want to screen cap that).
This is a great deal, it's $500+ everywhere else...very tempted to get this but Black Friday is so close!

This summer Newegg listed all Sharp ACs as having a 2Y warranty, but they really had a 1Y warranty.
