I know that the original prices for these kind of items are way over inflated but Big Lots would be embarrass to sell these for more than $3. The ear rings consist of a stem with a ball putty on the top with some stones irregularly pressed into the putty. There are large gaps between the stones showing major areas of just putty and some stone are placed upside down (pointy side up).
They come in the silver box show in a plastic baggy with cotton and not the red box pictured.
They really do look like a 3rd graders fantastic art project.
