Bad deal! Dell has the absolute worst customer service when it comes to returns! It took me over two months to get a refund when my TV that I bought arrived shattered. I learned my lesson last Thanksgiving and will never purchase from Dell again!

If you purchase anything and use a gift card to pay then return it kiss the gift card goodbye. Worst experience I have ever had. Common sense just does not work with these people. Finally had them send me another monitor to get rid of on Craig's list. Even Visa was not clear on the dispute I had filed.

I was told by the oversea Dell rep that I could only use Two giftcards per order, instead of what is quoted from wiki slickD forum(3 giftcards) Can anyone please verify this , thank you. And if you were able to pay with 3 giftcards, could you please provide an order # for the public. so we would have something to reference. thanks in advance.
