There will be a big line at my IKEA for that 7 pc cookware set for $20, there always is every time they have that offer. IKEA used to let people make a mad dash to the cookware set, the last time they did that, a large scuffle broke out. So, now they give out numbered slips and people can pick up the cookware sets at their leisure.
IKEA usually has weekly specials, 1 item will be 50% off or more for a full week.

Yes, at least some stores will be offering a "Eat for FREE" coupon with any purchase over $100.
All soft toys are 50% off that weekend too.
