Bought this tool kit earlier this year. The first time it was used on a light-weight project, the ratchet broke. Unfortunately, the receipt had been tossed accidentally so I couldn't get a replacement or refund. It's still a very useful kit, but that was disappointing. It may not be "built to last" as advertised.

This seems like a glorified black friday tool kit made in the 3rd shift. At a higher-than-necessary price. As long as your shipyard is in the Mojave you'll be fine.

Was at Lowe's last night and they already have a lot of their black friday sets out, one Kobalt set looked pretty similar to this one for $50 and is probably a better bet
