Newegg currently has the Galaxy 66NPH7DN7DXZ GTX 660 for $164.99 w/ $10 MIR. Free Assassin's Creed III included. Also has free shipping. Looks pretty hot to me, I've never seen a 660 for less than ~$200, though I haven't been stalking prices on them.
Don't confuse the 660 and the 660 Ti, they use a different core. The Ti edition has the same base core as the 670, while the vanilla 660 uses a smaller core that is shared with the 650 cards. There's a big performance jump with the Ti.
Agree on the 660/660Ti warning, though this looks like a pretty sweet deal for a 660. FYI - this has been going in and out of stock for a while, so if it appears out of stock, refresh for a while and you may get one. That's how I got mine.
