Bought this few days ago for $18 from Amazon, received it yesterday. I put this in my new Samsung Tab from Costco and it worked right away.

This is a UHS-1 speed card which is the equivalent of 50 MB/s.

The adapter is passive so there should be no issue using the adapter. It comes in two pieces though, so that can be good or bad depending on how you look at it. I've never had any SD adapter unintentionally separate.
OOS @ RadioShack. Got an error at checkout. Then when I tried again got the message
'The quantity you selected of ? exceeds the number of items that we have available for shipment. We have adjusted the quantity to reflect the number we have available'
The home page has the deal with a countdown clock and yet the item is no longer available. Stupid company. No wonder they are not doing well.
