Costco has the Bridgestone Auto Emergency Kit for $30. Can't vouch for the durability of the compressor or flashlight but it'll do in a pinch especially at night and/or in the rain. It'd cost more to assemble all these items yourself and this includes a nice carrying bag with compartments.
