The 3/8 Drivers are the same, both has 2 batteries, one charger. This one has one nice bag, while the Amazon deal has two cases (redundant). This one has one extra impact driver. Amazon's deal was $103.18 final, this one is $128.88 final.

The batteries coming with the drill/driver products all seem to be BAT412 (previous model). The newer model BAT413/BAT413A has higher capacity and has "HC" label in front. Here's the battery deal at Home Depot Add 2 of them to get 4 HC batteries + 2 chargers and bags to get 25 off 100 discount. $59 + $59 + tax - $25 = $101 final.
