The CVS deal is only for CVS purchases and mypoints deal has a little bit more choices for gift cards like Kohls, Sears, cvs, olive garden, red lobster etc.

You also have the option of accepting 1750 Mypoints instead of taking the $10 gift card. Might be a better alternative if you're saving up for another gift card.
