no, P&G rebates are about the best ones there
are. you are never penalized for coupon use or other promos. Just spend $50+ pre tax/pre coupons, etc and you'll get your $15 visa.

Without the product price, they would not know if you spent $50 or not.

Hold the sarcasm. What Logan is saying is he wonders if the rebate will be honored if he bought, for example, 10 of the $20 brush-heads @ $5 apiece (or other such discounts).
