Got a 6 for my dad for Christmas last time around, mine even came with the box and it looked brand new. If it's missing the charger, at least it's just micro USB.

I ordered one of these a few months back and they wound up sending a wifi only version instead of 3G. The return was as easy as could be though. Printed out the pre-paid return postage label and shipped it back out and got my refund a week or 2 later.
