Not that if it's made for average height it won't work for those a little taller or shorter than average, but it's definitely not the type of thing that's one size fits all. If you're much taller than average, I find very few shapes fit the curve of your back too well. Still worth a try considering the price.
I 2nd the poster who suggested firm latex mattress. It has done wonders for me. Haven't had as much luck with inversion table.
Well I used to be 5'8", but at my physical last week I was told I am now 5'6.5". I've lost 1.5" in height due to my back problems. I'm continuing to have great success with the lower back pain with this stretcher. No response to the upper back/pinched nerve area. I see a pain specialist this week regarding the upper back, arm pain/weakness/numbness.

I can't say, anything that arrives in our house after Labor Day gets wrapped for Christmas
I'll let you know soon, hopefully.
LOL. I know the feeling. I bought a GPS the other day and was concerned when it did not arrive. Well, it had arrived and my wife wrapped it as a Christmas gift for me.
I always say I am the hardest person to buy for. If I want/need something, I just go and get it............ after first consulting FW hot deals.....of course!
My books (John Sarno) I ordered from half arrived but....it was not what I ordered. Instead I got one book called "Tage Frid Teaches Woodworking". I would not order from Green Earth again, they have not responded and they shipped from another of their sellers called Thrift Books. Call me unhappy customer. Wish Half took PP instead of CC.
