I know there are a million Ooma threads and I'll say it in each one. Ooma is great. I've had it for years and work from home plenty. Nothing but great service.

This is a different device, but I bought an Ooma Hub refurb from fry's, and it died in about 6 months. It was replaced under warranty, but still a hassle. That was about 3 years ago, and I haven't had a problem with the device since.

same here. My refurb. hub died in 1 and half year and was out of warranty
