Thank you Jazzmaster for letting us know about such an important topic as GMO! But for something equally as scary - did you know the number one ingredient on many of these soups is a chemical called Dihydrogen Monoxide? You can read more about this dangerous chemical (which is the #1 component of acid rain) at http://www.dhmo.org/.

What should I do ?
Expiration dates ranged from mid to late 2013. If ordering online with site to store, open your box at the store to check for dented cans. They'll let you exchange them before you leave.
What a joke... quit wearing the tinfoil hat. Open your mind, and your true knowledge of these things will grow.

Jazzmaster, What zombie hunter means is he knows nothing about it, wishes it weren't true and he's embarrassed by his ignorance. Thus, the personal attack. Predictable first move from a putz.

I seriously doubt "jazzmaster" knew this since it is complete rubbish.
I realize conspiracy freaks are prone to exageration annd histrionics but to make this claim is genuinely funny!

I don't know why people buy incandescent bulbs. It looks terrible, makes everything look yellow, and you can barely read anything under it. Not to mention it radiates heat and jacks up energy bills.

There is quite often a soup, same brand here in the stores for $1.00
Most food at the grocery is including Pop Tarts. I appreciate that you care enough to share, but building a better potato or strawberry doesn't top my list of things to worry about.
I like to know too, But it has to be at this price. $1 per can

how about making your own soups?
in our family, we've never bought canned soup before. We even make our own chicken broths. Nothing beats home made soup. No chemicals, GMO, etc.
But good deal for those who like canned soups and don't have time to make home made soups. Green OP.

Not to ruin the joke, but you realize this is a joke, right? Dihydrogen monoxide (H2O) is water.
But I guess you sure showed me how much smarter you are.

When I go camping I bring a couple of packets of dehydrated DHMO along - just add water!
I usually don't take jabs against a senior member but how about donating some canned soup to the food pantry? They recipients usually don't care about the GMO or whatever. They just want something to eat.

Too much GMO food and you turn into a zombie. Jazzmaster is doing their part to reduce the size of the zombie army by not purchasing canned soup for the pantry.
A side-effect of GMO zombification is an obsession to fight GMO food, colorfully illustrated in the game Plants vs. Zombies.

I go to 2 of these regularly, they both work the same way. When the line gets 10 or people more they call for another checker (they have workers all over the store) At this point 5 in line have just left their carts, so another checker is now cancelled. They just wait tooooooooooooo long to add one. Also the checkers are oblivious to the line getting longer until it is too late.

If TMZO was a bad ingredient it would not be allowed in the soup....

I like the Hearty TomatoYeah, some are higher-priced, hence $1 on sale. The rest can be 83c, 75c, or even 66c.

We cannot give Cash Back if the face value of a coupon is greater than the purchase price of the item. Coupons for free items are only accepted if a purchase is required to get one free (for example, Buy One Get One Free offers). Any applicable sales tax must be paid by consumer. We reserve the right to accept, refuse or limit the use of any coupon. This policy is subject to all local, state and federal laws and regulations where applicable. These guidelines apply to all coupons accepted at Dollar Tree (Manufacturer and Internet Coupons).
