Did you buy a $200 fixed amount card or did you put $200 on a variable card? From your total paid I am guessing it was a fixed amount card, right?
That amount is for a variable card. $200 fixed would be $1 more.Bought a variable card and put $200 on it earlier this evening; initially rang as $205.95 and the discount made it $175.95. Used it to buy an ARCO gas card and $15 in groceries and got another $5 from an unknown promo. Merry Xmas to all and thanks to MV for doing the trial run on the $200 card.

I bought a $200 variable card this afternoon, charged it to my AMEX. Paid $175.95 Just for fun I drove to a neighboring Vons and started to buy another, but the Vons discount didn't pop up. I did have to register for the discount on the Vons website previously. They didn't promote this discount, but when I dug around for it (after reading about it here) I found it easily enough.
