Is this comparable or better than the $14.99 Rosewill RNX-N150RT unit from the Egg 2 weeks ago? I picked up one for a stocking stuffer and ended up not gifting it. I might jump on this one and give the Rosewill to my parents who need simple plug and play. I have a 2 story rambling house with lots of walls, I need something to give me decent coverage.

this one is 300 mps, better than the Rosewill at 150 supposedly.
