Really? The first link should take you to a page that states the promotion in the right column.
If it says that, it's not the sweepstakes; it's the page the offer that comes after the sweepstakes page (no need to enter).
Alternatively, just type an email into the sweepstakes entry form, press submit, and you will get an offer on the next page. It could be an email you never use.
