Looks like this uses FM for transmission. In most major cities the FM band is saturated so you'll almost always be on the same band as a radio station, which means that you'll hear the radio station instead of what you're trying to listen to. It might work well in little towns with few radio stations. I'll pass, but thanks OP

Buy an "Inexpensive" FM Transmitter from eBay, DealExtreme, Meritline, etc... PREFERABLY with a Power Supply, or Power Supply option.
Make sure that it can be set to *ANY* FM channel and not just 3 or 5 presets.
Using either a portable or an AC Powered FM radio, (preferably with Digital Tuning) with a headphone jack, find an UNUSED FM channel as far away as possible from a USED FM channel.
Set both the FM Transmitter and the FM radio to this channel.
Enjoy your new wireless headphones.
P.S. With the FM Receiver separate from the headphones, turning your head won't affect the reception.
