This is normal. A "subsidized" Gold membership is required. Not hot IMHO. Slim 4GB w/Skylander could be had for $149.99 at BF time that was a much better deal. Just add ~$33-$36 per year XBL Gold Card.

Not hot. You are required to spend more on Gold to get this deal. It's cheaper to buy an Xbox at retail and then get discounted Live.
Not at all hot. Not only is this normal price, it's not even a good offer.
$100 + $15/mo x 24 months = $460
MSRP on the console + kinect = $300. Add 2 years of full retail price xbox live at $60/yr = $420.
Of course, xbox live subscriptions go on sale fairly frequently to ~$30-$40/yr and the console/kinect bundle often goes on sale for ~$250 so "typical" price is ~$330ish or less.
Basically it's like paying a 40% interest ($130 premium on a $330 product) for a low downpayment lease.
